BACKGROUND INFORMATION

RCA was founded by Murray Chapman in 1995 and has grown every year since then. In 2001 RCA was awarded a contract to merchandise MDD's direct Houseware Indent Programme and now merchandise approximately 90% of the Housewares and Textiles departments in all Game stores nationally. We also represent large suppliers in the flooring department, stationery, garden and outdoor as well as Hardware and Paint.

RCA is a national merchandising company exclusive to Game with strong relationships at both head office and store level. Our understanding of the Game systems is key to our success.

Our head office is based in Pinetown (Durban) and Murray Chapman and our National Account Coordinator visit the Game Head Office on a regular basis. Murray also visits the stores in all regions and has a hands on approach to the day to day operations.
